You acknowledge that Song2Run.com has no obligation to monitor the Site or Site-related services. Information Collection and Use

Song2Run.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We collect information from users at several different points on Song2Run.com, as explained below.

Registration

In order to use certain features of Song2Run.com, you may be required to complete a registration form. During registration you are required to give your contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the services for which you have expressed interest. It is optional for you to provide demographic information.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track usage patterns, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information unless you have specifically provided that information. Our log files might occasionally include information like Spotify identifier or playlist/song identifiers with the aim of debugging however they are deleted after 30 days. This information might be stored in the US on Google Cloud Platform servers encrypted at rest.

Storage and profiling

We do not store any information with the aim of profiling the user . We do use information that is provided by Spotify API for the purpose of building a playlist for the user. If the user decides to save the playlist it is saved, via Spotify API, on Spotify servers where Spotify policies apply.

Privacy Practices of External Sites

Song2Run.com contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by Song2Run.com.

This privacy policy is public so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
